Studio Policies

1. Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your date and time are not confirmed until this deposit is received.

2. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Deposits cannot be refunded but may be transferred to a new date at my discretion.

3. Travel Fees

Travel fees apply for mobile services outside of the Kellyville area. This will be calculated and agreed upon prior to your booking confirmation.
